Nate learned to work early - buying his own lawn mower and going door to door, then working summers from age eleven through college to put himself through the University of Washington. That start became a career: more than thirty-five years in financial leadership at some of the nation's largest West Coast firms.
In 2015 he founded Walters Wealth Management - a private, family-run practice where clients work directly with their advisor. Having built the practice himself, he understands his clients best: business owners who've poured years into building something of their own, and who want that work to become lasting personal wealth.
Tyler grew up with a close view of the financial world, often tagging along to work with his father - an early education in planning, entrepreneurship, and relationships that last. After college he moved to Australia on a work visa, where he met his wife, Julia, and spent several years living and working there and in Germany, broadening how he understands both money and people.
Before joining the practice, Tyler built a career in software, working closely with some of the country's best-known and fastest-growing technology companies - time inside growing businesses that shaped his respect for business owners. Today he and Julia call Bainbridge Island home, back among family roots in Kitsap County, and he brings analytical thinking, modern technology, and a genuine passion for finance to helping clients navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
